Based in Colorado, REP Fitness was founded by two gym-loving brothers in 2012. From adjustable benches to plyoboxes and dumbbell sets, the company offers a full line of gym gear designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. They filled it with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Their shop wasn't a big, flashy space, but even in the humble garage, the brothers' goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space. They wanted to bring back the art of customer experience, and sell high-quality gear they would (and did) buy, use, and love themselves.

In 2023, REP chose to pledge $100,000 to three great charities that help military and first responder's families - The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and Gary Sinise Foundation. This was driven by their respect for those who provide freedom and security, ensuring the money goes to those with the greatest need and continuing their tradition of honoring those who serve.
