Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Their shop wasn't a big, flashy space, but even in the humble garage, the brothers' goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space. They wanted to bring back the art of customer experience and sell high-quality gear they would (and did) buy, use, and love themselves.

Our respect for those who provide our freedom and security is what drove our desire to give back. In 2023, we chose to pledge $100,000 to three great charities that help military and first responder's families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and Gary Sinise Foundation. We can ensure the money we give goes to those with the greatest need, and continues our tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and our community.

REP's Hex Dumbbells are manufactured using premium, ultra-low odor rubber. The hexagon-shaped head design allows for easy storage and prevents dumbbells from rolling.
