Made of thick steel for maximum durability, our adjustable plyometric box can be set to 16, 20, or 24 inches high, with a 16x16 inch landing area. The rubber top and rubber feet provide a secure, non-slip surface, while the lower twist-lock handles can be used to quiet the legs, making it a virtually silent jump box. The minimal overhang at the top of the box helps prevent catching your toes on missed jumps, making it perfect for all sorts of plyometric box exercises, including box jumps, step-ups, box squats, negative jumps, and vertical jump training.

Superior Construction The adjustable plyometric box is built to last, with solid steel spring pins that lock the legs into place, unlike the weak hollow pins used on competing products. This ensures a durable and secure construction, able to withstand heavy use.

Adjustment and Warranty Adjusting the box height takes about 30 seconds. Set the box on its side, press the pop pins in, and pull or push on the leg. Due to tight tolerances, some legs may require more effort, but will still slide smoothly. The box comes fully assembled and is covered by a 1-year warranty.
