REP Fitness, a Colorado-based company founded in 2012 by two gym-loving brothers, offers a full line of gym gear designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. The Rep 3-in-1 Plyo Box, designed with Cross Training and HIIT workouts in mind, offers three different heights (24 inches, 20 inches, and a smaller 16-inch option) to accommodate various workout needs. These boxes are built tough from 3/4" plywood with a unique, interlocking sidewall design, with the two larger sizes featuring internal bracing for added stability and strength.

Rated to withstand up to 400 lbs, the plyo boxes provide a safe and confident training experience. The edges are sanded down to prevent scrapes on missed jumps, and the smooth-sanded handles make the boxes easy to move around. The assembly process is straightforward, with pre-drilled holes and included hardware, taking about 10-15 minutes with a power screwdriver or 25-30 minutes with a regular Phillips head screwdriver.

These versatile plyo boxes are suitable for a wide range of plyometric, box, and HIIT exercises, including pushups, dips, box jumps, step-ups, box squats, and negative jumps.
