Founded in Longmont, Colorado, in 2012 by two gym-loving brothers, REP Fitness has grown into a full-service equipment company offering a comprehensive line of high-quality gear designed for both commercial and home gyms. The AB-3100 Flat/Incline Adjustable Bench is designed to combine the utility and safety of a 1,000 lb rated bench with affordability. This heavy-duty FI adjustable bench features several upgrades, including:

1. Rubber feet on all 3 contact points for increased stability and less wear on floors.
2. Re-designed adjustment ladder for easier adjustment and rubber-coated contact for less noise.
3. Improved rear base design for easier assembly.
4. Enhanced hinge design where the seat meets the back pad.

The bench's heavy-duty frame is constructed from variable thickness 14 to 4 gauge square steel tubing, providing strength where it's needed most while keeping the bench light enough to move easily. With 6 different ladder adjustments and 3 different seat positions, users can achieve a full range of angles from flat to 85 degrees of incline.

The generous 11.5" wide back pad sits 17.5" off the floor when flat, and both the seat and back pads are engineered to minimize gaps at all angles. Wheels on the rear make the bench easy to transport, and its lower profile allows for efficient use of space in smaller commercial or home gyms.
